Stockholm background, Amsterdam base, manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia. I've spent 17 years working at the intersection of design and making — where the creative idea has to survive contact with the factory floor.

I've led the handbag category at Calvin Klein, built collections for Lala Berlin, Studio Berlin and Marc O'Polo, and most recently developed Arrange Studios — a new leather goods brand launching for ASOS in 2026.

Before consulting I founded AYAYO — leather goods manufactured in Italy, shown at trade fairs in London and Paris. I know what it means to build something from nothing.

What I bring that's harder to find: design and sourcing in one person. I negotiate directly with factories across Europe and Asia — on terms, commission structures, and price architecture. Most designers hand off at the prototype stage. I don't.
